How to resolve the dispute

When an order is created and assets are locked in a smart contract, two parties who disagree with the transaction details can appeal.

In particular, once the customer service staff establishes a dispute resolution channel in the community, in order to reduce the situation of evidence fraud, please enter the channel within one day to submit evidence, otherwise the judgment will be negative:

Step one Party A or Party B appeal to resolve the dispute

Step two Wait for the customer service to intervene and obtain the customer service Discord ID

Step three Enter Dispute handling channels@customer service and provide the guarantee contract address

Step four Customer service creates private channels for both parties to the transactionBoth parties submit transaction evidence on the channel

Step five the Armourtraders' operator make judgments based on the evidence

Step six the winner withdraw the assets from the contract
